Wendy Warner Honored with Values in Action Award

Wendy Warner, Executive Director of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation (TMHF), was awarded the Values in Action award at Quinte Health’s Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday. This award recognizes individuals or teams who exemplify Quinte Health’s values.
Warner’s notable contributions include establishing the Docs by the Bay physician retention and recruitment program, creating the Kay Stafford Fund, and organizing various high-profile fundraising events. Under her leadership, TMHF has raised over $41 million for medical equipment, including the hospital’s first CT scanner and its replacement a decade later. Other significant acquisitions include breast screening technology, ophthalmology equipment for cataract surgeries, and GreenLight laser therapy for urology.
Board Chair Lisa O’Toole and Quinte Health President Stacey Daub praised Warner for her dedication and impact on the community. Warner recently announced her retirement, set for November.
