Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign raises $48,462.58 for Trenton Memorial Hospital

The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation is thrilled to announce the tremendous success of the 2024 Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign, which raised an impressive $48,462.58.

The campaign, held from April 29th to May 5th, saw all proceeds from Smile Cookie sales at Trenton Tim Hortons locations go directly towards the Foundation’s goal of acquiring a new Portable Ultrasound Machine for Trenton Memorial Hospital.

The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation is grateful to “The Honorary Five,” Honorary Colonels: Julie Lange, Mark Phillips, Lorraine O’Quinn, Aleesha Camp, and Chandy Davis. These community leaders generously purchased over 3,000 Smile Cookies and distributed them to the community, helping to the campaign’s success.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Trenton community for their overwhelming support during the Smile Cookie Campaign,” said Lindsay Dodds, Director of Development at Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation. Dodds continued, “We extend our sincere thanks to Tim Hortons for their continued partnership and to our local franchise owners for their dedication to making this campaign a success.”

Josephine Robertson, a local Tim Hortons owner, shared her appreciation. “Thank you to the community for helping raise funds for the Portable Ultrasound Machine. We couldn’t have done it without you!” Jamie Smid, another local Tim Hortons owner, echoed Robertson’s sentiment. “The Smile Cookie Campaign has been fantastic this year!” Smid said.

The fundraising total was officially unveiled on May 28 at the Tim Hortons located at 75 Division Street in Trenton. A symbolic check representing the generous contribution from Tim Hortons and the Trenton community was presented at the event.
