Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers Raises $10,600 for Trenton Memorial Hospital and Fixed Fur Life
The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation (TMHF) is thankful for the generous support from the Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers’ 6th Annual Auto Odyssey Car Show, which raised $10,600. Held on July 27, 2024, at Centennial Park in Trenton, the event attracted over 300 cars and included a live auction and activities. The funds will be split between TMHF and Fixed Fur Life (FFL), benefiting healthcare and animal welfare in the community. Laurie Palmer, President of the Classic Cruisers, expressed gratitude to all sponsors, donors, and volunteers for making the event a success. To date, the Auto Odyssey Car Show has raised a total of $51,600, with the 7th annual show already scheduled for July 26, 2025.

Trenton, ON, October 07, 2024 – The Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers proudly announced that their 6th Annual Auto Odyssey Car Show, held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Centennial Park in Trenton, raised an impressive $10,600. This announcement was made on Saturday, October 5th, at 3:00 PM outside the Municipality of Quinte West Offices, where the total funds raised were revealed. The funds will be distributed equally between the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation (TMH) and Fixed Fur Life (FFL), supporting both healthcare and animal welfare initiatives in the community.
This year’s event attracted over 300 cars, drawing enthusiasts, sponsors, and donors together for a memorable day celebrating classic and custom vehicles. Alongside the car display, the event featured a live auction and various activities that kept attendees entertained throughout the day.
Laurie Palmer, President of the Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers, shared her gratitude on behalf of the Classic Cruisers committee, stating, “We would like to thank all sponsors, donors, and volunteers for their commitment, support, and generosity. This year’s show was awesome! Thanks to the car guys and their beautiful cars, it was a momentous day.”
With this year’s contribution, the total amount raised from the last six Auto Odyssey Car Shows has reached $51,600. These funds are vital in supporting the TMHF, helping to fund essential equipment and services for patient care, and Fixed Fur Life’s mission to provide veterinary services and rehoming for animals in need.
Looking ahead, the Bay of Quinte Classic Cruisers has already confirmed their seventh annual car show for Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Centennial Park. Car enthusiasts, sponsors, and community members are encouraged to save the date for another fantastic day of cars and community support.
